For 18 years, Gerald was the lead sales agent for New Horizon Development Group, one of the region's most established home builders. Since 2021, he has served as Senior Sales Manager for Dazz Group, where he currently leads sales at St. Kitts Urban Towns in St. Catharines.
Across that career he has helped sell more than 2,500 new homes — every product type from entry condos to executive detached — and built a reputation as a pricing specialist. When a builder releases a community, someone has to price each home to sell at the best possible number, in every market condition. That was his job, release after release.
